Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire Restaurant services for dinner two weekends per month in support of the reservists at the Naval Air Station Willow Grove, PA. Requirements will be solicited as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR part 12, using simplified acquisition procedures as set forth in FAR, part 13.5. Contractor will provide up to 220 meals for dinner on Friday and Saturday beginning 01 October 2004 through 30 September 2005. The dinner meal will be served from 5:30 p.m. through 8:00 p.m. The dinner shall consist of a hot buffet with a choice of entrées and side dishes served with bread, salad, coffee (regular and decaf), tea, a cold beverage and dessert. Dinner entrees to include sliced beef, turkey breast, chicken (baked, BBQ, fried, etc), baked ham, meatloaf, and pasta dishes, etc. Dinner entrees must be rotated. The restaurant must be within 5 miles of the main gate of the Naval Air Station, Willow Grove, PA 19090. The solicitation will consider past performance and price as evaluating factors and will be evaluated under FAR, part 13 procedures. A firm fixed price commercial items type, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity purchase order is anticipated. The applicable NAICS code is 722211 with a size standard of $6.0M.
