Digital Media Fiber, Satellite Digital File Services

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award a Sole Source Purchase Order for the services of Encompass Digital Media, Inc., on behalf of the Department of State, Bureau of Public Affairs, Office of Broadcast Services (PA/OBS). The estimated period of performance is twelve (12) months. This contract will be under NAICS code 517919 to Encompass Digital Media, Inc., Atlanta GA. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citation, 41 USC 253(c) (1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. For this requirement, Encompass is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. This service will be provided in Washington, D.C. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.
