Notice of intent to issue a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Application Security, Inc.

THIS IS NOT A BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY. In accordance with FAR 5.203(a), notice is hereby given that EPA intends to issue a Purchase Order, on or about April 7, 2011, to Application Security, Inc. of New York, NY for renewal of an annual maintenance and license agreement. EPA purchased Application Security, Inc's Corporate Auditor Vulnerability Assessment tool and the maintenance and license of this proprietary tool is not available from any other source.
