D--Intent to Sole-Source, Records Management Software for regional records center.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Region 9, intends to award a sole source fixed-price purchase order under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part Thirteen, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Zasio Enterprises, Inc., 12601 W. Explorer Dr. Suite 250, Boise, ID 83713-1878 for their Versatile Enterprise software system. This purchase order supplies a comprehensive network license and related technical support services to Region 9. The comprehensive network license currently being considered for sole-source includes an individual license to barcode and track physical files and ensures a standardized records management system region wide. The solicitation number associated with this acquisition is RFQ-CA-13-00002. Any firm that believes it is capable of meeting the USEPA requirements described herein may submit a response; which, if received before the closing date of this announcement, will be considered. Responses to this posting mus t be made in writing. A determination not to compete the described purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
