The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Criminal Investigation Division (CID) intends to issue a single source order to LexisNexis of Miamisburg, Ohio. This Order will provide for the acquisition of the renewal of 135 CaseMap and TimeMap seat licenses, 135 DocManager software modules, and for annual maintenance service on these products. The term of these services will be for twelve months. As the provider of the aforementioned products, LexisNexis is the only source available for these products and services. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. Nevertheless, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting the EPA requirements described herein may submit a response. Responses to this posting must be in writing and will only be considered if received by 12 p.m. (EDT) on 9/25/17. A determination not to compete the anticipated order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the federal government.
