The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Acquisition Management (OAM) intends to award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Vound Colorado Ltd for the use of Intella software as a tool for forensic analysis work. This software tool is used to search computers for live computer artifacts such as documents and email pertaining to an allegation of wrongdoing. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 © (1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
