Notice of intent – Sole Source – Works of Art (sculpture)

The U.S. Embassy Mexico City intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to FUNDACION CENTRO CULTURAL LA CUPULA for a textile sculpture (“SENDA ANCESTRAL EN LUZ” by Marcela Diaz) for Art in Embassies US Consulate Merida. Given this vendor is the only one that has this sculpture, the Contracting Officer has determined that it is in the Government’s best interest to sole source this requirement.
