The complete proposal shall be submitted by e-mail with the subject line "Proposal 19GE5021Q0070” on or before September 8, 2021, 15:00 CET to [email protected] with a copy to [email protected]. No proposals will be accepted after the time indicated above. Please follow the Instructions to Offerors on page 9 of the solicitation. Proposals that are missing a significant amount of the required information may be determined to be non-responsive and eliminated from consideration at the Government's discretion.
