Pre-proposal Conference Information: Date and Time: 18 December, 2003, beginning at 0930. Location: Tom Bevill Center, Room 280, 550 Sparkman Drive, Huntsville, AL 35816. Names of attendees must be furnished to the Contract Specialist, Frances Steel, not later than 12 December, 2003.
