51 -- BPA for Misc. 5120 & 5130 Tools

This Blanket Purchase Agreement is issued to establish arrangements for ordering, shipping, and billing to cover merchandise purchased. The essence of this arrangement is that a contractor will be awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement for providing specified hand tools to satisfy numerous small requirements for a specified period of time to be shipped to any destination within the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. The availability of items in smaller quantities is essential for our customers to achieve their missions. You can and will receive orders for quantities of 1 on many of these items. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS BPA IS FOB ORIGIN, WHICH ALLOWS FOR BILLING OF SHIPPING CHARGES, PLEASE TAKE THIS IN TO CONSIDERATION WHEN QUOTING. THIS BPA ALSO HAS A ZERO DOLLAR MINIMUM REQUIREMENT.
