The purpose of this message is to post a revised Attachment J0007 which corrects a formula in Option Year 2 and a new SF30 for Amendment 4. This Attachment J0007 is only relevant if vendors did NOT input a single escalation rate across all years in the period of performance. Use of this revised Attachment J0007 is optional. Vendor must acknowledge this amendment via SF30 even if it elects to use a previous version of the Attachment J0007.
