Parking lot construction will include the removal of existing asphalt concrete and road base of existing parking area, and if required relocation of three existing light poles, relocation of two existing fire hydrants, placement of new aggregate base and asphalt concrete pavement, new concrete curb and gutters, new concrete sidewalks, installation of handicap access ramps, parking lot striping, and construction of storm water drainage ditches as shown in the construction plan sheets.
