NA Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to perform maintenance and repair services to various buildings, facilities and structures for the 94th Regional Support Commands facilities located in the S tates of Vermont, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts and Connecticut. Locations include in the State of Vermont (counties of Windsor, Chittendon, Washington and Rutland); Rhode Island (counties of Bristol, Providence, Washington, Kent and Warwick); New Hampshire (counties of Chesire, Hillsborough, Rockingham and Strafford); Maine (counties of Androscoggin, Kennebec, Penobscot, Cumberland and York); Massachusetts (counties of Bristol, Suffolk, Plymouth, Hampden, Essex, Middlesex, Berkshir e and Worchester); Connecticut (counties of Fairfield, Hartford, Middlesex and New Haven). The period of performance is twelve months from date of award with two one year option periods. This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract. The Government guarantees a minimum of $25,000.00 per year. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 236220, 1542, $28,500,000.00. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. Pursuant to Section 8 (a) of the Small Business Act, this is a competitive 8(a) procurement to eligible 8(a) contractors serviced by or having a bona fide office(s) in SBA Region I. Region I includes the States of Vermont, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts and Connecticut. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Only one award shall be made. If you are an eligible 8(a) with a bona fide office in region I, but are serviced by a SBA office not located in Region I, you must indicate in your request the location of your office as well as the address you are registered under in Pro-Net. All requests should include the solicitation number, your company’s name and address, a point of contact, telephone number, facsimile number, email address if available, Taxpayer Identification Number, Cage Code and DUNS number. A bid opening date has not been established at this time but will be annotated in the final released Invitation for Bid.
