D--IT Helpdesk Services Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with base and 4 option years not to exceed $100,000 per year required for Helpdesk support services at Regional Office in Portland, Oregon.

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's Regional Office has a requirement for a Performance-Based Service Acquisition(PBSA) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide Information Technology (IT) support services in amounts not to exceed $100,000 per year.SCOPE OF WORK:The requirement is for one to two computer technicians onsite. Vendor must be within reasonable commuting distance, have up to date training and possess industry standard qualifications to perform the duties of a computer technician. The contractor must provide to the IT Help Desk accurate and complete records pertaining to the set up, maintenance and repairs of each computer, monitor, Blackberry PDA, or other IT related hardware, software and communication problems/issues. The contractor will provide up to 8 hours of computer help desk support per day, as needed. The primary purpose will be to serve as the initial contact for the Region One ITM Help Desk for all computer hardware, software and data communications activities, for persons working in the Regional Office. Problems will be resolved by using on-site troubleshooting techniques and/or telephone support.SELECTION PROCESS:Offerors will be evaluated based on experience and past performance, which, when combined will be more important than price.
