Capacity Building and Support Services for the Health Care for the Homeless (HCH) The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), has a requirement for a total small business set-aside to acquire the following technical support services: 1)conduct a national health care for the homeless (HCH) conference in each year of the contract; 2)maintain an on-line and physical information resource center/library for HCH grantees and their subcontractors (which are also providers of health care services to homeless people), and others, including State and local stakeholders; 3)update, annually, profiles of HCH grantees and their subcontractors for on-line availability and in hard copy; and 4) produce a quarterly HCH information bulletin on issues and topics related to the provision of health care services to homeless people. The HCH Program seeks to improve the health status of homeless individuals by increasing access to primary health care services and substance abuse treatment. The planned period of performance is for a base year with four one-year option periods. Interested offerors may request a copy of solicitation number HRSA-03-BPHC-001.
