This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcemnt constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation package will not be issued. Solicitation number TIRNO-04-Q-00117 is issued as a request for quotations. Contractor shall provide 3400 cartons of copy paper, multiuse, 30% recycle, 20lb weight, white, 84 brightness, letter size, 8 1/2" x 11", 500 sheets per package, 10 packs per carton. Contractor shall deliver 20 skids to the following address: IRS, New Carrollton Federal Building, 5000 Ellin Road, Lanham, MD 20706 - Loading Dock Gate A. Attn: Harvey Brown. Contractor shall deliver remaining paper to the following address: IRS, Landover Warehouse, 1739G Brightseat Road, Landover, MD 20785 - Attn: Harvey Brown. Award is anticipated under Simplified Acquisition procedures and will be based on lowest price to the government. Award will be made using a government issued purchase card. This is a set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirements shall submit a quote via email no later than 15 days from the posted date of this announcement. All quotes must include unit price per carton, total price, FOB point, a contact person (name and phone number), delivery time, business size, payment terms, and DUN's number.
