Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to conduct a sole source procurement with Audimation Services, Inc for the maintenance of IDEA software. The software includes upgrades, support and maintenance. This is not a Request for Quote and no solicitation will be publicized. The Government intends to solicited only one source under the authority FAR13.106-1(b). This acquisition is being solicited and awarded in accordance with FAR 13. Interested parties may provide a written response to this Notice, to be received by the IRS by no later than 2:00 P.M. (EST), November 13, 2008. Responses that clearly demonstrate the ability to meet all requirements and that it is more advantageous to the Government will be considered.
