Special Notice to award under Solicitation: W81K0219Q0065 Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Cell, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award under solicitation W81K0219Q0065 to Beacon Point Associates, LLC in the amount of $30,000.00 for proprietary contractor software subscription & licensing by the manufacturer Radlink, with Sole Source distribution from Beacon Point Associates, LLC, as established with an manufacturer's company letter. This software will be used at the Department of Anesthesia, Operative Services (DOAS) with the PACS GPS Radlink Surgeon's Checklist TM System. This system & software has real-time video feedback capabilities on cup position, and offset femoral leg length correction for all approaches in Total Hip Arthroplasty used in surgical procedures at Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA. The Surgeon has made the determination that this product will best meet the patient's needs during surgery. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
