THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE - THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD TO Xerox Corporation through its GSA Schedule. The purpose of this action is to procure maintenance, to include supplies, support, and unlimited copies, for government owned Xerox Multifunction Devices used by Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), WHS-Supported Organizations (WSO), and the Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA). The Government is seeking to award a sole-source maintenance support contract to Xerox Corporation for maintenance and support, to include repairs, parts, supplies and unlimited copies for government owned equipment. Xerox is the sole authorized provider of maintenance and support for the Xerox Multifunction Device Models 5632, 5775, 7346/7545, and 7765/7775. The Government is not able to procure maintenance services from any source other than Xerox Corporation. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any firm that believes it can provide the Xerox Multifunction Device Models 5632, 5775, 7346/7545, and 7765/7775 maintenance services described above can provide supporting documents demonstrating their product's capability and specifications by e-mail to
[email protected]. Responses must be received by 9 AM ET, August 11th, 2015. No telephone requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 8.
