This notification is to announce the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Procurement Center intent to award a single source contract to the American Society for Quality (ASQ). This action is authorized under provisions of 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Sole Source. The purpose of this award is to provide DCMA with membership for the American Society for Quality Enterprise Quality Roundtable to include unlimited access to the ASQ website and the most current and comprehensive library for quality information to include: 1. Access to members-only content of asq.org website 2. Enterprise News e-newsletter (monthly) 3. Electronic access to ASQ publications including Quality Progress 4. Electronic Sections 5. ASQ Quality News Today (daily headlines on asq.org) 6. Discounts on ASQ Products and services (including certifications, books, etc.) 7. Ongoing communications and awareness activities 8. ASQ general public content 9. Quality Information Center Access, Research, and support (research librarian) 10.
