This is a Notice of Intent to make a Sole Source award under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to: Williams Innovations, Research Triangle park, NC for two (2) each Lunette Removal Tools. This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit and negotiate with one source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Companies having the ability to provide this tool should notify Diane Johnson in writing via e-mail at
[email protected] by 2:00 p.m. MST on September 16, 2010. All responses from qualified sources will be fully considered and responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No extensions will be granted.
