Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract with Pinpoint System Paducah citing FAR part 6 subpart 6.302-1. To the best of the Government's knowledge, there are not any other firms in the area that can satisfy this requirement. The work to be done under this contract consists of supplying Servowatch parts, installing and commissioning of Alarm system on the Motor Vessel Mississippi to meet the Government's requirements. Award of this contract will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
