Use of Cryogenics Components Lab Complex at Armstrong Test Facility NASA Glenn Research Center

The purpose of this Notice of Availability (NOA) is to publicize commercial aerospace development opportunities at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Glenn Research Center (GRC), Armstrong Test Facility (ATF) in Sandusky, Ohio (see Figures 1 and 2). This notice is issued by NASA’s Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio which has responsibility for the management of these facilities. NASA is seeking tenants interested in developing commercial aerospace capabilities at GRC. NASA may engage in discussions with any respondent based upon the information submitted in response to this NOA. In accordance with the GRC Master Plan, the uses that NASA will consider under this NOA are described in this document.
