This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested, a written solicitation will not be issued. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-34, effective 1 Jul 09. Place of delivery is MINOT AFB, ND 58705. (viii) The provision of 52.212-1, Instruction to Offers-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation -Commercial Items, applies to this procurement. The evaluation procedure to be used for this procurement is price and price related factors.
