Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 341st Contracting Squadron (CONS) - Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to Steris Corporation for scheduled, periodic preventive maintenance for dental sterilization equipment for the 341st Medical Group (MDG). The period of performance consists of a base period of 12-months and four 1-year option periods from 01 October 2019 through 30 September 2024. Steris Corporation is the sole manufacturer/source provider for their operating systems, devices, and any sterilization units made and sold by Steris Corporation. Steris does not sell any of its products or services to third parties or distributors. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
