SUPPLY MEDICAL GAS & BOTTLES

The Billings Area Indian Health Service intends to award a non-competitive contract to VALLEY WELDERS SUPPLY, pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition and FAR 6.302-1. The proposed contract action is for supplying & delivering industrial & medical gas for the clinic at the PHS Indian Health Service, Lame Deer Montana, within the Billings Area. The period of performance shall be for one year. The tentative award date is September 29, 2009. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
