Disbursement Transaction Statements (DTS) and Form 1099s

The United States Department of Agriculture/ Farm Services Agency/Commodity Credit Corporation (USDA/FSA/CCC) (Government) is required to timely mail the Disbursement Transaction Statements (DTS) and Form 1099s that are provided to landowners, producers of agricultural commodities, and Contractors. As such, the USDA/FSA/CCC is looking for a small business whose capabilities show that they are able to create an application that reads Government provided data, and populates DTS and 1099s forms, in accordance with Government provided selection criteria and format, allowing the contractor to accurately print and timely mail the DTS and Form 1099s in compliance with State and Local, IRS, and USPS requirements. Please provide, by 10:00 AM EST, Monday May 14th, your capabilities statement and evidence of an established VPN connection, with capability to receive data files via Connect Direct with Secure Plus.
