The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Vicksburg, MS, intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price contract to Circadence Corporation for the procurement of the Project Ares Cyber Training Platform. The Project Ares Cyber Training Platform elements consist of the base platform with a six (6) virtual mission bundle, five (5) annual user license, and the annual software service and maintenance. The platform provides a unique single point of training for both offensive and defensive capabilities while tracking individual and team accomplishments within the system. Ares also allows for mission customization to our particular needs/specifications. All of these features are offered in singular, interactive, competitive training environment. Circadence Corporation is the sole provider of the Ares Software Platform. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document will be posted for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice may submit technical data, including price, with sufficient documentation to establish capability in providing the same or similar product. All statements received by the closing date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to or not to initiate a competitive solicitation based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
