The Springer eBooks Collection consists of: Biomedical and Life Science 2017 Chemistry and Materials Science 2017 Earth and Environmental Science 2017 Energy 2017 Engineering 2017 Mathematics and Statistics 2017 Physics and Astronomy 2017 The Springer eBooks Collection provides a source for research material which cannot be obtained from any other publisher. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document will be posted for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice may submit technical data, including price, with sufficient documentation to establish capability in providing the same or similar product. All statements received by the closing date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to or not to initiate a competitive solicitation based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
