1-yr Service Maintenance Agreement (37) Canon Copiers

The Environmental Protection Agency Region 1 office has a total of 37 Canon Copiers (See attached list) located in the Boston and Chelmsford Offices. The Region seeks a service/maintenance agreement for all 37 copiers (See Attached for location details) for the period of performance beginning October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009 to include the following: 24-hour support Scheduled & on-call Maintenance Service Replacement parts included All supplies, including Toner, excluding paper Submit quotes IAW your contract terms and conditions and any offered discounts. Clearly identify the type of service agreement you are offering, i.e. monthly flat rate, cost per copy, etc. EPA will evaluate proposals on a best value basis. This evaluation will be based on technical capabilities, past performance and cost.
