Duplicating Machines, High Speed (One Black and White, One Color) and Maintenance Agreements

The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences' (USUHS) National Capital Area Medical Simulation Center has a requirement for two high-speed duplicating machines (one black and white, one color), and four one-year maintenance agreements for each copier. We may purchase these copies by September 30, 2012. The NAICS code for this unrestricted acquisition is 333293, and the business size standard is 500 employees. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals will be evaluated on best value which will include technical acceptability, price, and delivery in accordance with the evaluation criteria in the solicitation. The solicitation package will be available for download at www.fbo.gov on or about June 18, 2012. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation. All interested vendors are responsible for monitoring the www.fbo.gov for the release of the solicitation package, for any other pertinent information, and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. NOTE: The solicitation release date cited above is an estimated date. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.
