THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY The Muhlenberg Career Development Center is accepting bids for the provision of clothing for our students. The center has 319 students. The successful bidder must be a brick and mortar store within easy driving distance of our location and offer a wide selection of clothing. The center is operated by Horizons Youth Services Llc.through a contract with the U.S. Department of a Labor.
