This is a subcontracting opportunity with Management and Training Corporation (MTC), operator of the Flint Hills Job Corps Center (FHJCC).The attached Request for Quote contains the requirements of the project. The W-9 and MTC Vendor Self-Certification forms are provided for your convenience. All forms, references and documents required in the RFQ must be returned with our bid sheet in order to be deemed responsive. MTC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any formality connected with the bids. MTC will be the sole judge of which bid is the best value and its determination and finding on such decision will be final. MTC may elect to award contract on a per deficiency basis.
