Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Industry Day 2021. Engaging with Industry on the un-consolidated ITSM Contract represented by the three requirements Managed Services, Cyberspace Operations Forces and Support (COF) and Chief Information Security Office (CISO). The event will consist of two parts. Part One: A presentation of the breakdown of the requirements and discussion with Industry from 0800-0930 Central.
