The purpose of this Sources Sought/Market Research is to identify potential sources capable of providing various sizes of lumber and plywood. Rock Island Arsenal - Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC) anticipates awarding multiple award, 5 year, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA). Material must be kiln dried (KD) heat treated (HT), grade 2 or better. Species will be specified at time of solicitation. Material must be covered in a tarp or house wrap style of material around each bundle. Contractor must be able to have material delivered to RIA-JMTC, Rock Island, IL 61299 within 3 business days after receipt of BPA call order. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) is 444190, 500 employees. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
