Remove and replace existing curtains and curtain hanging hardware, building 3, Navy Chapel at Naval Station Great Lakes, IL

The successfull offeror shall provide all material, equipment, labor and supervision to remove the existing and replace the curtains and curtain hanging hardware at the Navy Chapel, Building 3, Naval Station Great Lakes, IL in accordance with the statement of work, terms and conditions and Service Contract Act Wage Determination 2005-2167 Rev 13 dated June 19, 2013. This action is set aside 100% to small businesses. A site visit will be held at 10:30 AM on September 9, 2013. The site visit will be initiated at Building 2016, 2625 Ray Street, Great Lakes IL. Included with the solicitation is a form for gaining access to the Naval Station; interested offerors should complete this form and send to [email protected] in order to ensure access to the site for the site visit. Inquiries should be addressed to the contract specialist ( [email protected] ) using the Pre Preposal Inquiry form provided with the solicitation. Quotes will be evaluated based on price only, however offerors should also include catalog sheets, description of the materials proposed etc. in order to enable the Government to determine if the quote meets the Government's minimum needs. Waiver of Illinois State sales tax is available after award for this procurement on request.
