Notice of Intent to Sole Source SPLUNK 145GB Licenses

This is an Intent to Sole Source; this is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, of quotations. The purpose of this notice is to provide information based on this requirement. The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization-Pacific (DITCO-PAC intends to award a firm-fixed price BPA call issued against the Department of Defense (DoD) Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) Blanket Purchase Agreement N66001-20-A-0022 to provide brand name SPLUNK 145GB licenses and support for Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF). This sole source award to Carahsoft Technology, Corp is authorized under FAR subpart 8.405-6(b)(1) - soliciting from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of this contract action deems only one source reasonably available. This is not a request for competitive offers, quotes, or capability statements. No solicitation will be posted as a result of this notice. This notice complies with FAR 5.101. This Special Notice is being issued for information purpose only. The redacted formal Limited Sources Justification is provided along with this notice.
