Intent to Sole Source Bloom Cloud Engine Design

This is an Intent to Sole Source; this is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, of quotations. The purpose of this notice is to provide information based on this requirement. The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization-Pacific (DITCO-PAC intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to provide Bloom Cloud Engine design and permanent license for Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard (PHNSY). This sole source award to Point3D LLC is authorized under FAR subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) - For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. This is not a request for competitive offers, quotes, or capability statements. No solicitation will be posted as a result of this notice. This notice complies with FAR 5.101. This Special Notice is being issued for information purpose only. The redacted formal Limited Sources Justification is provided along with this notice. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 511210, Software Publishers, with a size standard of $41.5 million.
