This is a Sources Sought Notice for Market Research purposes only. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified small business sources as a set-aside. The preponderance of work for this requirement is under NAICS Code 811219, with a size standard of $20.5M. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought synopsis shall be voluntary, and will not be utilized to determine if a vendor is qualified to submit a Request for Quote/Request for Proposal for any future/potential requirement. No vendor will be provided information on solicitations issued on a Government Point of Entry based on this Sources Sought request. The U.S. Army Health Contracting Activity, Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific has a requirement for a new non-personal commercial contract for the annual preventive maintenance (PM) and repair services on Government-owned Omnicell, Inc. brand Automated Supply System equipment at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. Services shall include all labor, parts, material and travel to repair and/or maintain the equipment in a fully functional condition in accordance with (IAW) original equipment manufacturers (OEM) specifications. PM and servicing must be provided without negating any existing manufacturer's warranties. This will be a firm-fixed price contract that will include a Base Year and four (4) 1-year options. The estimated performance period (inclusive of options) will be from 15 September 2018 to 14 September 2023 (5 years). Vendors are invited to submit electronic information (no more than 3 pages) that demonstrates their ability to fulfill the requirement in the form of a capability response that addresses the specific requirement identified in this notice no later than 10:00 am HST on 3 September 2018.
