Notice of Intent for Sole Source The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific at Tripler AMC, Hawaii intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price, non-personal service contract for the T- System EV software licensing and remote technical support services for the Emergency Department at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. This requirement is for a period of performance on/about 1 May 2019 through 30 April 2020, and three (3) one-year Option Periods. The contractor shall provide qualified personnel, services, materials, equipment and supplies necessary to provide user licenses for T-System software and technical support. The proposed action is intended as a sole source set-aside to T-System, Inc., who is the manufacturer and the only service provider who can perform the required services due to the proprietary nature of the software.
