DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure one (1) Abrasive Waterjet Cutting Machine for use at the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard - Hawaii. CHANGE from original posting: This is an unrestricted buy solicited under Full and Open Competitive procedures. The project will include all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, accessories, installation, and training. The anticipated performance period is 250 days. A complete technical data package will be available with the solicitation which is expected to open on 6/26/12. The anticipated closing date is 7/25/12. QAP 175 is applicable for the requirement. Offers will be evaluated based on a lowest-priced, technically-acceptable basis. The award will be made as a firm, fixed-price contract. FOB at Destination. Preliminary Inspection will be at Origin, with Final Inspection/Acceptance at Destination.
