AA-1 Tail Instrumentation

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD intends to negotiate and award a sole-source, Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF) delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-20-G-0005 with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC), Melbourne, FL. This order consists of tasks required to upgrade the E-2D AA-1’s vertical tail loads instrumentation suite to provide comprehensive tail loads measurements during various flight testing efforts.
