This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Armed Forced Medical Examiner System (AFMES) Division of Forensic Toxicology (DFT) has a requirement for the Brand Name or Equal, AB Sciex 3200 Atmospheric Pressure Ionization (API) LC/MS/MS Mass Spectrometer/Shimadzu Nexera LC-30AD Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatograph System in accordance with (IAW) the Minimum Essential Characteristics (MEC) and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) identified in the attached Request for Quote (RFQ). The acquisition is full and open competition using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) selection procedures. Reference attached RFQ for detailed information on the requirement, how to respond, and evaluation criteria. Questions in response to the RFQ are due no later than, Wednesday, 16 August 2017, 2:00 P.M, ET.
