This is a “Notice of Intent” to “Sole Source” a contract for Television Programming Support posted in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(d) and Office of Federal Procurement Policy Memorandum dated 17 APR 2006, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This government requirement, if solicited, would be advertised in the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) web-site for which contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (http://www.ccr.gov/) at the time award and throughout performance. The government intends to award a 12-month “Sole Source” contract to contractor “Taft Broadcasting Co, LLC” for Television Programming Support/Services (12-month), Television Off-Line Operations, Television & Promotional Preparation. The government Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) and Performance Work Statement are provided as an attachment to this solicitation. This “Notice of Intent” is not a request for competitive offers/quotes/proposals. A determination by the Government to compete this solicitation will be based upon responses to this notice at the sole discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
