1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for sole source acquisition for requirements in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice in conjunction with procedures in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88 , and additional information included with this notice. This announcement along with the attached SF 1449, constitutes the only solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. A request for quotes (RFQ) is being requested and is included with this solicitation under HQ0727-16-T-0021 . 2. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210 – Software Publishers . This is being solicited as a sole source acquisition. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Mangement System (SAM) at https://www. sam .gov/, in order to be considered for award. 3.
