This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) SP4410-09-Q-3006. The purpose of this RFQ is to Polyfill 84 forklift tires that are mounted on 21 forklifts located at the Defense Reutilization and Marketing office at Port Hueneme, CA. The actual address is listed in Block 15 on the SF 1449 of the RFQ. This procurement is a total small business set-aside with the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code of 441320. The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed priced contract. All quotes from eligible offerors shall include a completed FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. The following provisions/clauses apply to this RFQ: The following clause under FAR applies: 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration (APR 2008).
