This solicitation is for Multi-Climate Protection Systems (MCPS) jackets and pants or EQUAL and Polartec shirt, drawer and Polartec Fleece Jacket or EQUAL. (See Attachment for Sizes). Garments are to be made with materials that are specifically developed to provide flame resistance, moisture management, insulation and wind, water protection. Polartec Shirt Power Stretch and Drawer Power Stretch must present body hugging, superior no melt & drip flame resistance. The durable outer layer must present wind and abrasion resistant. The inner layer must present extreme flame resistant which allows no melt or drip next to skin, while keeping the individual dry, warm and comfortable. Quotes must include delivery to Elmendorf AFB, Alaska.
