THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE FIRM FIXED PRICE REQUIREMENT UNDER THE SAT. THIS NOTICE IS UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) PART 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), ONLY ONE SOURCE BEING AVAILABLE TO MEET GOVERNMENT NEEDS. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. NAICS Code 511210, business size standard is $41.5M. The Defense Health Agency (DHA), Ft Sam Houston, TX intends to issue a sole source award to MediaLab Inc., for renewal support of the MediaLab Cloud Based Lab Management software. The award will be executed as a sole source due to the need to maintain commonality and compatibility with the current system. The objective of this sole source award is to procure MediaLab Cloud Based Lab Management Software. The Cloud Based software is a website currently utilized by the Laboratory Department at NMCCL to support access and daily use for Compliance and CE laboratory, Histology Specific CE, Document Control, Inspection Proof and Competency Assessment. All interested sources may submit a capability statement that identifies business size, along with authorized letter from manufacturer with detail information and convincing evidence that clearly demonstrate the authority to provide MediaLab Inc. software support for the MediaLab Cloud Based Lab Management renewal as outline above. If no responses are received within the date as indicated in publication of this notice, a sole source award will be made.
