First Data Bank Sofware License and Maintenance

1. This Sources Sought, in accordance with FAR 10, is to conduct Market Research on industries Capabilities to provide First Data Bank Software License and Maintenance. The Tri-Service Defense Medical (DefMed) facilities are currently utilizing the First Data Bank software licenses. First Data Bank is deployed on hardware platforms in AHLTA. 2. The Government is seeking to acquire a First Data Bank Software Licenses and Maintenance and is seeking resellers that can provide the software license and maintenance. The period of performance shall be a base year and two (2) option years. 3. The NAICS Codes for this action is 511210 - Software Publishers 4. This is only a Sources Sought only and all interested and authorized resellers are encouraged to respond. It is not a Request For Quote. This is only used for Market Research purposes and does not constitute a solicitation nor does it restrict the Government to an acquisition approach. Responses to this notice are not offers or quotes and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Should your firm desire to submit a quote during the solicitation phase of the acquisition process, it should demonstrate that the offeror is an authorized First Data Bank Software reseller.
