SPECIAL NOTICE: (ADDED 29 JUNE 2012) The purpose of this special notice is to notify all potential respondents to the Broad Agency (BAA) for Advancement of Technologies in Equipment for Use by Special Operations Forces that a white paper response was inadvertently uploaded to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website on 28 June 2012 by another Government Agency (not USSOCOM). This white paper was the Government Agency's (not a third party company) response to USSOCOM's BAA. USSOCOM is working with the agency and the FBO helpdesk to remove this posting. Potential Respondents are reminded that your submissions WILL NOT be posted on a the Federal Business Opportunities website by USSOCOM. It is the policy of USSOCOM to treat white papers as sensitive competitive information and to disclose the contents only for the purposes of review. Non-government personnel may be used to facilitate the review process. This BAA will remain open until July 13, 2012, and as specified in the original posting, all Offeror documents to include white papers, technical proposals, statements of work, and cost proposals shall be submitted in electronic format via e-mail to the Contracting Officer.
